Cooking's not only a great life skill, it leads to healthier, more adventurous eating too. Here's a book about “real” food, not just cup cakes and treats. Aimed at the 7+ age group (although a lot of my adult friends have confessed that they will be using it) it’s both challenging and fun. (Pavilion 2016)
The Real Taste of Spain - A collection of recipes and tips gathered from markets of all over Spain, from passionate cooks and from friends. This book is all about acquiring a true understanding of Spanish ingredients along with plenty of simple home cooking. ( Pavilion 2007)
The Food of Northern Spain ( Pavilion 2005) was shortlisted for the André Simon Memorial Award 2005. The book takes a culinary tour across the Northern third of Spain; from Galicia in the west, through Asturias, Cantabria and the Basque Country to Catalonia in the east. The collection includes recipes and ingredient tips from restaurant chefs and domestic cooks alike.
